Payments
A deposit of $100.00 per person is required once an air reservation is added to a new or existing booking. Final payments are due no later than 60 days prior to sailing. Air reservations added within 30 days of sailings will be subject to a $25.00 handling fee. Promotional fares must be paid in full at the time of confirmation.
All checks are to be made payable to: FareShare, Inc drawn on a US bank in US funds, or charge by phone to: VISA, Mastercard, Discover, Diner’s Club or Carte Blanche.

Air Cancellations
Up to 30 days prior to sailing a $75.00 per
person fee will be accessed for cancellations. The balance will be refunded in the same form of payment received. Partially used tickets are not refundable.

Once tickets are issued, any gateway or name changes are subject to a $75.00 per person administrative fee. Date changes can be arranged directly with the air carrier(s) and penalties may apply. If changes result in the need to reissue tickets, overnight fees for document handling may be incurred.
